Owner of West Michigan Physical Therapy, PLLC since 2005. Prior to this she was employed by the same clinic. Caroline has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 30 years and has been working in this region ever since. She is married and has 3 children. Caroline is compassionate and ambitious and wants the best for her patients. She graduated in 2011 with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan. Dr. O’Brien is certified in LSVT BIG.

A licensed Physical Therapist for over 40 years. Kathy has worked in a variety of settings including: coordinator and instructor of a PTA program, hospital physical therapy department, home care and private practice. Areas of specialization include motion and gait analysis, manual medicine and sports medicine. Kathy brings a diverse background and creative energy to every patient.

jozie JOZIE WEILER DPT                                                                          A licensed Physical Therapist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who received her DPT in 2019 from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, WA. She was born and raised in a little town of Cashmere, Washington. Her husband, Kyle, and their two large and very active dogs moved out to Ludington for an adventure of their own. Jozie was a heptathlete at a Division 1 college in Washington and has experience in many other sports and recreational activities. She believes in the power of movement and exercise to help manage chronic pain, mental/emotional health, and improve overall wellness. Jozie is compassionate, energetic and wants to help coach and encourage her patients to reach their health goals.


Our office manager has been with WMPT since we opened in 2005. She is a Ludington native and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from WMU. Susan has worked in different areas of office management for over 30 years. She is married and has five sons. Susan will do her best to make your experience with WMPT pleasant and productive.


Ann  graduated from the Baker PTA program in 2012 with a degree of Physical Therapist Assistant. She has worked in a skilled nursing facility for 2 years before joining the team at WMPT in January 2015. Ann is certified in the LSVT BIG program. When she is not at work, she is a 4-H leader and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.

Melissa was born and raised in the Ludington area. She has been married for 17 years to her wonderful husband Jeremy. They have 2 children and a great Dane Daisy which is their baby. She enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.
